Chunky Terry. I’d like to change that to Thin Terry. There I was, going about my life and minding my own business, when WHAM! I got knocked down by an autoimmune disease: Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) is named after the doctor that discovered the disease. There is no magic pill to cure HT. I had to “cure” myself. I don’t think “cure” is the right word. Remission might be better. Unfortunately, I will be on thyroid replacement medicine for the rest of my life. Through a regiment of daily juicing, healthy eating and switching to a better thyroid medicine (Tirosint), I have been able to eliminate most of the symptoms. I have not been able to lose weight.
I have tried many diets. Follow me as I continue on my journey of losing my belly.
