Thursday I had a Atkins vanilla drink over ice. High in proteins and low in carbs. Pickleball was at the church in Bradenton. After the girls and I went to McDonald’s for lunch. I ordered a Fiesta salad with grilled chicken, southwest dressing. I ate 1/4 of the salad. Really kind of gross.
For dinner I made Keto Almond Sour Cream Pancakes with fresh blueberries, butter and maple syrup. Recipe HERE! The family had pizza.
I went to bed hungry and it was hard to fall asleep. So, I got up and munched on a slurry of peanut butter powder mixed with Serve and 1/2 & 1/2. Then I wasn’t satisfied so I tried to eat guacamole on slices of mozzarella. It didn’t taste good. Finally went to sleep.
For drinks, I had water and a diet Coke.
Gained a little weight. Eating late? The diet Coke?
Ugh! It’s a struggle.
