June I’m less hungry today. It’s because I ate lightly yesterday and in Keto fashion. Did you know if you are famish in the morning it’s is most likely not real hunger but toxic hunger? Which means you ate too much sugar or fructose the day before. That’s a signal to stop eating sugar. Listen to your hunger.

What I ate:

Cottage cheese
Hard cheese
Small piece of salmon
small salad with blue cheese dressing
1 piece of homemade pizza (that was bad)
Peanut butter by the spoon with currant jelly
A couple of bites of 1 Min Chocolate cake made with almond flour.

Lot’s of room for improvement.

Weigh-in this morning, the scale said 176.2.
